Please read these terms of service carefully before using the services offered by Psychic Dino. These terms (the “Agreement”) set forth the terms and conditions of our relationship and govern your use of the Psychic Dino websites (the “Sites”) and the services, features, content, and applications offered by Psychic Dino, which enable you to seek and obtain online advice and consulting services from our Psychic Advisors (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing Psychic Dino, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement, which also incorporate Psychic Dino’s Privacy Policy.

1. The Psychic Dino Sites and Services

All readings are for personal information purposes only. No guarantee is given on any perceived outcome given in a reading. You yourself are responsible for your own perceptions. Many use such services as a form of entertainment.

Psychic Readings given on the site psychicdino.com should not be used to make important life changing or life altering decisions. You yourself understand this when requesting the psychic services from this site.

2. Cookie Policy

Psychicdino.com does utilise cookies to collect geographical information and to help you in navigation and utilisation of this site. This date is never shared with any outside parties or persons. Each page has a link on the bottom left hand corner when you can give or deny consent for cookie usage.

All cookies stored are used only for marketing and customer information purposes. We will never resell or pass on this information to external parties or persons.

3. Refund Policy

No refunds will be given where the product purchased either in the way of digital download of physical delivery which has been fulfilled. Outcomes not coming to pass in any given reading on psychicdino.com do NOT constitute a basis for requesting a refund.

All sales are deemed as final. The only time refunds would be given is if a product or service purchased - was not fulfilled or was unavailable. In such instances a full refund would be given.

You understand that in purchasing services either digital or tangible items from psychicdino.com that you do so with full understanding of the refund policy and its limitations. We can usually resolve any issues in an amicable manner. And so we would always urge you to contact us first if you are not happy with any aspect of the services given from the said site psychicdino.com

4. Fees and Payment

(a) You understand that Psychic Dino does not collect, nor store payment and/or credit card information from you and that all payments are facilitated separately by PayPal.

(b) You agree that you will be subject to PayPal’s terms and conditions as well as the privacy policy.

(c) You understand that pricing for any product is fully displayed but maybe in a currency other than your own. All items from psychicdino.com are priced in £ (GB pounds) . Conversion rates will apply if making a purchase through Paypal. These are not something we can control and are the responsibility of Paypal and the services they offer.

(d) You understand that once you make payment for any and all transactions, you will not seek to cancel, chargeback, or otherwise seek a refund on any basis that is fraudulent, misleading, or untrue.

(e) You understand that all payments of credits to Psychic Dino via PayPal are final and that Psychic Dino offers no refunds unless product delivery was not honoured.

5. Privacy Policy and Statement

The site psychicdino.com does share or give access to any data which is passed from the client to us through any given transaction. All personal information is held privately and will not be shared with any 3rd parties.

We (Psychicdino) do not collect any credit or debit card data at all. This is held and collected by Paypal and not ourselves. All purchases are done securely to ensure your data is never compromised.

6. What Laws and Rules You Are Responsible For Following

(a) You must be eighteen (18) or older to use the Psychic Dino Site or Services. You understand that the Site and the Services are intended solely for users who are eighteen (18) years of age or older. Any use of or access to the Site or the Services by anyone under eighteen (18) is unauthorised.

(b) The Site and the Services are not intended for use by children.

(c) You understand that you may not use the Site or the Services where such use is prohibited. You represent and warrant that you are eighteen (18) or older and that you agree to and to abide by all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

(d) You promise not to use the Site or the Services for any purpose that is prohibited by this Agreement.

(e) You are responsible for all of your activity in connection with the Site and the Services.

7. It is your responsibility to make sure this Agreement and your use of the Site and Services complies with all laws applicable to you

(a) You understand Psychic Dino may, in its sole discretion, refuse to offer the Site or the Services to any person or entity and change its eligibility criteria at any time and that Psychic Dino reserves the right (without undertaking any duty) to use “geo-filtering” or other technologies to block access to certain jurisdictions, in its sole discretion, without notice.

(b) You are solely responsible for ensuring that this Agreement complies with all laws, rules, and regulations applicable to you.

(c) You understand that your right to access the Site or Services will be revoked where this Agreement or use of the Site or the Services is prohibited and, if that is the case, you agree not to use or access the Site or the Services in any way.

8. Who owns what and how you can use it

(a) The copyright to all content on the Site and Services is owned by Psychic Dino.

(b) The content, organisation, graphics, design, compilation, magnetic translation, digital conversion, and other matters related to the Site and the Services (“Copyright Content”) are the property of Psychic Dino

(c) You may not copy, redistribute, use or publish any part of the Site or the Services, except as allowed by this Agreement.

(d) You do not acquire ownership rights to any content, document, or other materials viewed through the Site or the Services.

9. Copyright Policy

Psychic Dino takes the intellectual property of others seriously.

(a) You understand that Psychic Dino at its sole discretion may terminate any future account or access of users who infringe the intellectual property rights of others.

(b) If you believe that your work has been copied in a manner that results in copyright infringement, please contact Psychic Dino’s Copyright Agent. Our designated agent for notice of alleged copyright infringement on the Site and Services is dinopsychic@gmail.com

10. Legal Conditions

Psychic Dino’s liability is limited as follows:-

(a) Psychic Dino is not responsible for any Third Party Sites, Third Party Content, or any other content posted on the Site and the Services, whether caused by users of the Site and the Services, Psychic Dino, third parties or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in the Site and the Services.

(b) Psychic Dino is not responsible for the conduct, whether online or offline, of any user of the Site or the Services or any Advisor.

(c) Psychic Dino assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of user communications

(d) Psychic Dino is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, cellular data provider or network, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of email or players on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Services or Site, including injury or damage to users or to any other person’s computer, and/or mobile device.

11. Disclaimer – For Entertainment Purposes Only, Not Substitute for Qualified Professional Advice
